Modern Effective Professional Techniques with highly skilled experienced Practitioners. We are your Life Strategists.

We combine the best Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and TFT, Coaching and StressReductiontechniques to create an Elite Treatment for alltypes of problems- Addictions, Depressions, Fears, Panic, Phobias, Stress Management and much more

We have trained with the best and worked with the best. Richard Bandler, creator of NLP and Paul Mckenna top Hypnotist and trainer and Gil Boyne famouscreator of the first Hypnotherapy society in America,to mention a few. It is with pride we mention having Assisted Paul Mckenna at his training seminars and remain involved with his training school. We receive referrals from Paul Mckenna training and recommend his books and CDs.

In the same way that Paul Mckenna has learned so much from his clients, we learn from working with established, successful people who simply want to improve their skills. It doesnt have to be a problem to warrant treatment - wehelp people to improve performance in sports, writing, arts, studies, fitness and so on.

Life Strategists will combine Clinical Hypnotherapy,Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT),Coaching, Stress counsellingand Psychotherapyto reduce or eliminate a variety of problems including insomnia, habits, phobias, stress, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, compulsions and addictions. No matter what the problem, we look for a solution to suit you.

Welcome to the Sirona Wellmindwebsite. We hope you are able to find all the information you require but dont hesitate to ask a question if you are unable to solve your problem.

We named our practice 'Sirona' after the Celtic Goddess of Healing which we felt apt for our aims in that we are here to help you to heal yourself from whatever ails you in as much as you can. 'Well mind' speaks for itself for as we beleive everything stems from the mind, including all illness and dis-eases, not to mention stress, depression and anxiety the most common problems our clients aim to solve, we know; - change your mind = change your experiences.

Quite simply, we are here to help you.

We work with young and old, male and female, couples and singles, family and parent... whatever it is you need - if it within our power to help we will endevour to do all that we can to make it so!

Just ask - the questions cost nothing - the answers are everything!

NB HOW TO CHOOSE A THERAPIST

We recommend you choose a therapist with a wide set of skills whose training exceeds Suggestion Therapy. We have had 'years' of training in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapyrather than weeks. We work from our own office in Harley Street, which is not rented by the hour as so many other therapists do - this is because we work full time and have done since the beginning in 1998. Ask the right questions of your chosen therapist before you book the appointment.

Let the changes begin!

Stop smoking hypnotherapy is a speciality, and a trained hypnotherapist can also help you overcome phobias relating to spiders, flying, tube travel etc, and improve your confidence.

We can also help you with fear of public speaking, fear of presentations and sports performance improvement.

In the corporate arena, we act as stress management consultants, helping companies and employees in dealing with workplace stress.

Strategy Illicitation

We use this skill to help individuals and businesses to discover 'what works' and replicate it where there has been lacking. What is your strategy for change? If you knew how to do it better, how would it feel?
